91̽»¨ Cares - Day of Action is an event held on Saturday, September 8th, 2018 that embodies 91̽»¨’s spirit of service. Volunteer teams of 91̽»¨ students go out into the community to learn about the work of a local community organization and do hands-on work to support it. Volunteers work on such issues as poverty, food security, environmental preservation, homelessness, domestic violence, youth, and community building (to name a few). The day concludes with a chance to reflect on the service we’ve done, social issues in the community, and connections to what we are learning in class. Then we celebrate with a barbecue!

91̽»¨ Cares is a great way to meet new friends, make a difference, see more of Fredericton, and explore career opportunities.

Registration is now closed.
